How do I get my copier's meter reading(s)?
Black and White Copier

• Push the counter check button or the small 123 button on the right side of the panel.
• Make note of the number to the right of Total 102.
• Enter the model number(s) and total in the Meter Reading(s) box.

​Color Copier

• Push the counter check button or the small 123 button on the right side of the panel.
• Make note of the numbers to the right of Total 109 and Total 124.
• Enter the model number(s) and both totals in the Meter Reading(s) box ​

What if I have multiple copiers in different locations and or buildings?
​Please mark them accordingly in the Model Number(s) and Meter Reading(s) box.
